Data destruction record
A destruction record is issued for disks and data carriers; on request they are removed on site.

A list by brand, model and serial number is kept for use in asset write-offs.
Electronic waste is both the most valuable and the most sensitive stream. A server board carries gold, silver and palladium at gram level — and the same server’s disk carries your company’s data.
Scope
Desktops and laptops, servers, network gear, printers, phone systems, appliances, air conditioners, cable, power supplies, circuit boards and their components.
Data security
Data-bearing disks are handled as a separate flow. On request they are removed on site and handed to you, or destroyed with a destruction record issued. This is agreed in writing at collection.
Dismantling
Devices are stripped by hand: chassis metal, power supply, cable, boards and plastic housing are separated. Cable is stripped to recover copper. Boards go to precious metal recovery. In refrigerant-bearing equipment the gas is extracted with dedicated equipment.
Documentation
A WEEE transport document is issued for the shipment; on request an inventory list (brand, model, serial number) is kept.
