Personal Data Protection Notice
This notice explains the personal data processing carried out by MTC Geri Dönüşüm as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
Data controller

Personal data processed
Identity and contact data. Name, company name, job title, e-mail address, telephone number, address.
Transaction and request data. Quotation request content, waste type and estimated volume, contact form messages, and details of authorised persons appearing on shipment and transport records.
Security data. IP address, browser and device information, site usage records.
Purposes of processing
- Assessing quotation requests and preparing pricing
- Delivering collection, transport and recovery services
- Issuing waste transport documents and official notifications
- Running contract and invoicing processes
- Meeting statutory retention and reporting obligations
- Ensuring site security and measuring service quality
Legal grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that the controller must fulfil a legal obligation, and legitimate interest. Processing outside this scope is carried out with your explicit consent.
Transfers
Given the nature of waste transport and disposal, data may be transferred — to the extent required by legislation — to the relevant public authorities, to licensed carriers involved in the transport, and where necessary to accredited laboratories providing analysis. Transfers to competent public authorities may also be made where legally required.
Retention
Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and until the end of the limitation and retention periods set out in applicable legislation; thereafter it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, to request that such actions be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
