Non-hazardous waste is a revenue line, not a cost, when it is separated properly. A mixed container costs money to dispose of; the same material, separated at source, earns you payment for cardboard, pallets and plastic.
Separation starts at source
We look at the production flow and identify where each material appears. A cardboard baler beside the packing line, a pallet stack in the dispatch area, a stretch-film bin at the machine edge — in most plants this alone cuts mixed waste volume noticeably.
What we collect
- Paper and cardboard — cartons, corrugated board, trim waste
- Wood — one-way pallets, crates, blocks
- Plastic — stretch film, strapping, big bags, rejected parts
- Textile — fabric offcuts, yarn waste
- Glass and metal packaging — jars, tins, lids
Equipment and schedule
Bins, cages, containers or a baling press are placed as needed. Depending on fill rate, collection runs weekly, fortnightly or on call; each shipment is documented with a weighed delivery note.
